To post an entry to your blog:
1) Log into your Movable Type blog Go to www.tssg.org/mt-blog/mt.cgi and log in with the username and password supplied.
2) Select the blog you want to post.
3) Click "New Entry", and input your blog content into the form.
The field titled "Entry Body" is where you would normally type your entry. Optional fields to fill out are "Extended Entry" and "Excerpt". If you have created categories, (see below) you can choose the appropriate category from the "Primary Category" drop down menu. If not ignore this menu. Click "Save"
4) You can view your new blog entry, select "View Site"

How to use categories in your blog:
Categories can be created to help organise your blog entries.
1) Log into your blog as explained above.
2) Under the "Manage" heading on the left hand menu, choose "Categories" then select “Create new top level category”. Enter the name of the category you wish to create.
For example, "projects", "news" etc Then select "Create Category"
3) Finally click “Rebuild my site” and "Rebuild” to rebuild your blog to.
4) Next time you go to post an entry to your blog you can select the category name from the "Primary Category" drop-down menu. When you view your blog you will now see the name of your category under the Categories section on the left hand side of your blog. Clicking on this category name will list all the entries you posted that you assigned to that category.
